Make Wine With Us Jersey City has moved!

 
Effective December 1, 2008 the Jersey City Make Wine With Us will be located in Wallington, NJ. 
On Saturday, December 20, 2008 from 1:00-4:00pm we will have a Holiday/Welcome to Our New Location/Wine and Cheese Party, please join us for a fun filled afternoon.  This is a perfect opportunity to pick up a gift or gift certificate for the wine lovers on your holiday shopping list!  No reservations required. 

"Winemakers Racking Weekend" will take place on Saturday and Sunday, January 10 & 11, 2009 from 11am-4pm.   Stop by anytime during these hours and participate in this necessary, but not required on your part step in the winemaking process.  This is a hands-on educational experience, don't forget to wear waterproof shoes and work clothes!  No appointment necessary.

Wine Quick Tips
Important tips for storing your wine

1. Place your homemade wine in the coolest spot in your cellar, keep  your wine off the floor.
2. In homes with no cellars or in apartments, store your homemade wine in the coolest closet.
3. Avoid variations of temperatures in short periods of time.
4. Avoid direct sunlight and vibrations.
